  • Performance Cycle has very low tire prices in store and online. Because of our low tire prices, tires will inccur a shipping charge of $12.95 per tire. Ignore any shipping charges when you checkout. For lowest possible prices, visit our store at 1990 S. Broadway in Denver Co.
  • There is a $5.00 handling charge that is already included to the shipping charge for any order that is $20.00 or less.

  • Shipping and Handling

    • We only are able to ship to the lower 48 states at this time. Shipping is done using UPS economy ground shipping, extra insurance or use of a faster delivery service will incur an additional charge. We are unable to process orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, international or APO orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.  

    • Stated shipping charges do not apply to orders that are - tires, oversize, overweight and hazardous materials orders. Persons with these types of orders will be informed of any additional charges before the order is shipped. Shipping quotes can be requested by sending an email to Don@performancecycle.com. Please include shipping address with zip code, item(s) wanted and allow 1-2 business days for reply. This charge will not be calculated until after checkout is completed and the order is being prepared.

    • Performance Cycle of Colorado will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge of your order prior to billing and shipping.

    • When possible, Performance Cycle of Colorado will provide a tracking number via email as soon as the item is shipped.

    • Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of in stock items in the lower 48 continental US states. Allow 6-15 days for items not stocked in our store.

    • Any damaged packages are to be reported to the freight carrier, not Performance Cycle of Colorado. Have the delivery driver make a note of any outside damage to any package delivered, this will aid in any claims for replacement if merchandise inside the package is damaged.

    Returns and Exchanges

    • If there is a problem with the item(s) you received, returns must be preauthorized by Performance Cycle of Colorado. Within seven (7) days of receiving your order you must use the 'contact us' page and request a Return Authorization number, known as 'RA' number.

    • All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date.

    • In store returns and exchanges are also allowed if you prefer.

    • Returns and exchanges must be in new condition, must include all tags/instructions with the original package and be in a new and sellable condition. Customer pays all return shipping charges and must include a copy of your invoice with all returns.

    • Returns are only accepted with a RA number received from Performance Cycle of Colorado. No packages will be accepted by Performance Cycle of Colorado without the RA number on the outside of the package and will be returned freight collect.

    • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

    • NO returns on chemicals, batteries or electrical items.

    • Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

    • No restock fees are charged for incorrectly sent item(s). Performance Cycle of Colorado will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

    • No restock fees are charged if item(s) in package are damaged by shipping company. You must have the delivery driver make a note of any outside damage to any package delivered. This will aid in any claims for replacement if merchandise inside the package is damaged. Then contact Performance Cycle of Colorado at 303-744-2011 to start a damaged package claim and to reorder item(s).

    • No restock fees are charged for boot, apparel and helmet exchanges. We will exchange item(s) that do not fit if the customer requests the same item(s) in a different size under the following conditions -

      • Contact is made to Performance Cycle of Colorado within 3 days of receiving product.

      • Item(s) being exchanged must have all tags/instructions and original package.

      • Item(s) are in new sellable condition.

      • Item(s) have not been used for anything other than fitment purposes.

      • Customer pays all shipping charges.

    • No restock fees are charged for customer order errors if customer wishes to exchange incorrect item(s) for correct item(s) under the following conditions -

    • Item(s) being exchanged must have all tags/instructions with original package.

    • Item(s) are in new sellable condition.

    • Item(s) have not been used.

    • The value of the replacement item(s) is 75% or more of the value of the original item(s).

    • Customer pays all additional shipping and handling charges.

    • This does NOT include chemicals, batteries or electrical items.

    • Item(s) should be shipped via prepaid UPS or US mail. No COD's will be accepted by Performance Cycle of Colorado.

    • Item(s) should be packaged using good packaging materials, and package should be insured for full value of purchase to insure safe arrival of the item(s) being returned.

    • Performance Cycle of Colorado also recommends using a tracking number. We can not be responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

    • Item(s) should have a copy of original invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions in package along with the RA number on the outside of the package.

    Secured Online Shopping

    • Performance Cycle of Colorado guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign, Inc., provides the Secure Server Certificate through PowerSports Network, Inc.

    Backordered Items

    • If an item(s) is backordered, Performance Cycle of Colorado will notify you via e-mail.

    • If your item(s) are backordered for more than 30 days after the order date, Performance Cycle of Colorado will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.

    • Backorders are filled and shipped as soon as they come available to Performance Cycle of Colorado.

    • All backorder release dates are set by manufacturer and/or suppliers and not by Performance Cycle of Colorado.

    • Back order release dates not guaranteed and may go past projected date.
